Leylan Romarate or Kuya Ley is a Girls Got This Youth Mentor and Documentation and Communications Officer. He has worked with GGT for about a year and he believes that kindness is key because everyone is fighting their own personal battles we know nothing about.

What is the most memorable experience you have had at GGT?
My most memorable (and definitely one of my favorite) experiences would have to be the mentoring session with a group of young women wanting to join the BPO industry. There's so much to learn from them. And it's always refreshing to share your knowledge with people who will be using them later on in life.
What do you love most about working at FundLife?
Working with the amazing team at FundLife and Girls Got This, and getting to know our partner communities and youth participants more. I can definitely say that there is a sense of community and that addictive positive energy all around!
